The ELS-100FM is a device capable of testing
electrical and optical characteristics when applying bending load to flexible
devices.
The bending load drive is a ROBO cylinder
with a dedicated controller (capable of adjusting stroke and speed). Bending
load is applied by the vertical motion of the ROBO cylinder.
The I-V measuring instrument is a Keithley
Instruments Source Meter 2400. The spectral radiance meter is a Konica Minolta
CS-2000.
